NFL WIZARD Vol. II Issue 7 'Day of the Dog'

Well we are dead even to this point in the season with a 11-11 record. Actually it does put us behind the 8-ball with the vig. Last week there were no plays worth posting so we did not post any. This week we have three dogs that we like.

First is Denver +1 over Kansas City as home dogs are always a good bet. We also like St. Louis +6 over San Francisco and the pitiful Cowboys +14 over the Giants.

On Monday Night the Washington Redskins are home dogs and home dogs on Monday Night cover the spread 77% of the time. However I believe Philly is the play Monday Night, but this is not an official play from us. It is just a very interesting game on the schedule especially since it is a sandwich game for Philly also. So many things point to Washington covering this game, and this is the reason it is not an official play for us.
